Welcome to my recipes page! I don’t create a lot of recipes but I love to share what I find with others. Here you’ll find links to some of my favourites and as I get more creative (and brave) my very own creations.

These will be mostly very healthy, economical, mostly gluten and dairy free and not complicated to make. I welcome your input, comments and suggestions.

Enjoy and bon appetite!

We love these!

Cozy Butternut, Sweet Potato, and Red Lentil Stew

One of my favourite soups ever!

I’ve made these twice in a week, the second time I made a double recipe! These are really easy, very filling and inexpensive. You might play around with adding some bread crumbs and I found broiling them easier than grilling them. I actually ate these for breakfast recently….

I haven’t made these but they look delicious too.

Lentil Walnut Burgers

We really love this recipe as well. If you add some roasted chickpeas or chopped up chicken it’s a full meal. I used spinach instead of greens and put the veggies on it hot so it wilted some. Superb!

I was lazy when I made these and opted not to melt chocolate and dip them and instead put four chocolate chips on top of each cookie as soon as they came out of the oven. They were an instant hit!

Peanut Butter Cookies (vegan & gluten-free)

This is actually a recipe I created myself. Dairy free coconut ice cream type dessert.

if you’re craving something sweet that’s in the healthier side, you’re welcome!

1 can coconut milk-use the light version for fewer calories and make sure it’s well chilled

1 cup half frozen fruit-if your coconut milk isn’t cold use fully frozen fruit

1-2 tbsp honey

Blend in a blender, Nutribullet or food processor until smooth. Enjoy!
